Shipping policy

Processing time
All items are handmade. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Larger or custom pieces may take longer; I’ll contact you if that’s the case.

Shipping methods
Orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is on the way.

Shipping areas
I currently ship within the United States.

Damaged shipments
If a package arrives damaged, photograph the box and item and contact me within 48 hours.

Lost packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery issues must be handled with USPS/UPS. I’ll assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements for lost packages.
