Refund policy

Returns
I accept returns on unused, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact me with your order number and photos of the item.

Custom items
Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Condition
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, email me within 48 hours with photos of the item and the packaging so I can help.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
